Through Joseph's very high motivation and passion for his work, he has achieved exceptionally outstanding results in both academic and professional capacities. Academically, he has earned two postgraduate awards including the Dean's Award for Excellence in the Master of Business. Professional achievements include establishing himself as a management system evaluator, consultant and architect specialising in the provision of these services for clients in the corporate sector and those operating in complex environments.

In providing these services, he has gained a very wide exposure to diverse industries, professions and organisations. He has held a number of senior management positions including Group/Acting State Manager of Operations, National Client Manager and Senior Manager Business Excellence - Global Outsourcing South Pacific. In this latter role, his award-winning work has become a leverage point for both South Pacific and Global Initiatives.

The key to his success is his very strong client focus, his ability to clearly see the interrelationships and interdependencies within an organisation (the system view), his ability to transcend the entire organisation both strategically and operationally and most importantly, his strong belief that people equipped with knowledge is one of the greatest strategic advantages an organisation can have.

His depth of knowledge and expertise has also been demonstrated through delivery of a number of papers and also being appointed to the panel of evaluators for the prestigious Australian Business Excellence Awards.

He continues his professional development through a balance of academic studies and applied research and development to ensure his leading edge capability is sustained.
