Joseph Donataccio has broad-spectrum knowledge, skills and expertise derived from forty-three years’ experience in diverse roles and organisations. These include as a Scientist; Educator / Head of Department; Non-financial Auditor and Group Manager / Acting State Manager with SAI Global; Senior Manager – Business Excellence with Unisys; Board / Council Chair; Non-Executive Director; Board and Management Advisor; Trainer; (non-financial) Auditor; and DiSC facilitator across the three jurisdictions of government; as well as the corporate/commercial, the industrial/manufacturing, the resource, and the community services sectors.


Joseph is an Enterprise Ecosystem Expert basing his intellectual property on ‘system theory’ and business process expertise. The result is one single system which is fully linked and centred around risk management. He uses integrated Organisation Development and Business Excellence approaches to develop, improve/align or re-engineer the organisation.
